Why Connect Your Org?
The CRM Force training platform offers the ability to connect your Salesforce org. This gives you access to powerful analysis tools like Flow Coach and Flow Overview, and allows our consultants to view your environment directly during support calls.
No screenshots to send, no lengthy explanations about your setup. The consultant sees your flows, your objects, and your complexity directly β and can advise accordingly.
How Does Connecting Work?
Connecting your Salesforce org uses a secure OAuth connection. You give the platform permission to read metadata β such as flows, objects, and fields. This takes about 5 minutes.
- Log in to the CRM Force training platform
- Go to Settings > Salesforce Connection
- Click 'Connect' and log in to your Salesforce org
- Grant permission and the connection is active
You can connect a Trailhead Playground, Sandbox, or Production org. For most purposes, we recommend a Sandbox.
What Can You Do With It?
After connecting, you get access to various features that work directly with your Salesforce data:
Flow Coach
Analyze any Flow in your org. Get complexity scores, explanations in plain language, and learning signals to watch for.
Flow Overview
Overview of all Flows in your org. Filter by type, complexity, or status. Set goals and track your progress.

Consultants can view your automations directly during a support call and give targeted advice.
