Structure from the start

Salesforce implementationwith governance built-in

An implementation where structure and understanding are included from day one. No black box, but an environment your team understands and can maintain.

Why Salesforce implementations often fail

Most implementations don't fail because of technology, but because of lack of maturity. Organizations without clear governance, unclear roles and no internal understanding of what's happening, don't lose €100,000 per year, but per month.

Without clear governance and understanding of what you're building, technical debt emerges. Automations that nobody understands, sprawling flows, and a system that becomes increasingly difficult to maintain.

The problem

Many companies start building before governance is set up. Nobody is the owner, decision-making is slow, and internal people don't understand what's being built. The result? An implementation that takes months, costs a fortune, and delivers technical debt that lingers for years.

How CRM Force implements

CRM Force helps companies mature by first setting up governance, before anything is built. We work in three clear pillars:

Strategy & Governance

First we set up governance. Who decides, who is the owner, how are changes reviewed? Only then do we determine data model and processes.

  • βœ“Define governance and roles
  • βœ“Set up clear decision-making
  • βœ“Data model and process design

Manageability & Build

We build for the long term. Automations your team understands and can maintain. No technical debt, but manageable solutions.

  • βœ“Flow first, Apex only where needed
  • βœ“Complete documentation of everything
  • βœ“Build for manageability

Understanding & Maturity

The best implementation is worthless if nobody understands what was built. We ensure internal people understand what's happening.

Investment estimate for your Salesforce implementation

With this calculator, you'll get a realistic price range for a Salesforce implementation with Sales and Service Cloud in a few steps. No sales talk or standard packages, but an honest estimate based on the choices you make.

Step 1 of 7

Honest or what you want to hear?

We can tell you what you want to hear, or we can be honest about what a Salesforce implementation really costs.

What does a Salesforce implementation cost?

The calculator above gives you a range based on your answers. In general, a full Sales + Service Cloud implementation can stay well under €100,000 for most organizations, provided your data and data model are well prepared, decision-making is tight, and you work with a partner who sets clear expectations and delivers on them.

The reality is that chaos and slow decision-making drive up costs, not Salesforce itself. An implementation that goes in all directions for months because the direction keeps changing, ultimately costs much more than a tight implementation with clear goals and a compact team.

Small organizations

€25,000 – €60,000

For teams up to about 20 users with a standard Sales Cloud setup, simple Service Cloud configuration and basic automation. In this segment, implementations often land between €25,000 and €60,000.

Medium-sized

€60,000 – €95,000

For organizations with about 20 to 100 users, Sales + Service Cloud, more extensive automation and one or more integrations. In practice, this often falls in the range of €60,000 to €95,000.

Large

Depends

For larger or international organizations, the investment depends heavily on complexity, number of users and decision-making. The calculator above gives a first indication; in a follow-up conversation we'll dive deeper into your specific situation.

Please note: Please note: These amounts and the calculator results are indicative and depend on various factors. You don't know in advance exactly which automations and integrations are needed, how much data needs to be migrated, or which specific customizations are desired. In an introduction meeting, we discuss your situation and translate this into a realistic estimate tailored to you.

Why expensive implementations often fail

Implementations heading towards or above €200,000 usually don't fail due to technical problems. They get stuck because there are no clear goals, decision-making is slow, or because the course keeps changing. The data model isn't well thought out, processes aren't worked out, and ultimately the system is barely used. The calculator above shows it can be different: with sharp choices, a clear goal, and a compact team, an implementation remains manageable and effective.

What can you do yourself to reduce costs?

There are a number of things you can do yourself to reduce the costs of an implementation and speed up the process:

Prepare data model

Think about which objects you need, which fields are important, and how everything relates to each other. A well-thought-out data model saves weeks of work.

Train employees

Make sure your team has basic Salesforce knowledge before the implementation starts. This accelerates adoption and reduces the amount of training needed.

Align processes

Document your current processes and determine what you want to improve. Clear processes make it easier to build the right automation.

Clear requirements

Know what you want to achieve and why. Clear requirements prevent constant direction changes during the implementation.

Real-world examples

Below you'll find a number of realistic cases that show what's possible with the right approach:

From Excel to complete Sales & Service Cloud in 12 weeks

A medium-sized company (30 users) migrated from Excel spreadsheets to a fully working Sales and Service Cloud environment. With clear decision-making and prepared data, the implementation was ready within 12 weeks.

Lead-to-contract implementation with fully automated flows

A sales team got a fully automated process from lead to contract. All manual steps were replaced by Salesforce Flow automations, resulting in 40% faster deal closure.

Technology: How we build

We build with a clear technical approach that ensures your system remains maintainable and easy to extend:

Flow first approach

We use Salesforce Flow for all automation where possible. Flow is visual, easy to maintain, and perfect for most use cases. Read more about how Flow works in our article about Automating with Salesforce Flow.

Apex only when necessary

We only use Apex when Flow isn't sufficient β€” for example with complex calculations, API integrations, or logic that isn't possible in Flow. Not sure when to use Apex or Flow? Read our article about When to use Apex and when Flow.

Smart use of Custom Metadata

We use Custom Metadata for configuration that needs to be easily adjustable without changing code. This makes your system more flexible and easier to maintain.

Complete documentation + training

Every automation is fully documented, and your team receives practical training so they can continue independently. No complex manuals, just what works.
