Expert Support: Help That Goes Beyond Traditional Helpdesks

What if your support consultant could see exactly what you see? No sending screenshots, no building context. Just direct advice based on your flows and automations.

Support That Truly Understands Your Question

Most Salesforce support happens via screenshots, phone calls, and lengthy emails where you try to explain what you've built. The support agent asks questions, requests more screenshots, and after three rounds of back and forth, you might have an answer. Maybe.

At CRM Force Training, it works differently. By connecting your Salesforce org to the platform, our consultants can view your automations directly. They see your flows, your objects, your complexity β€” and can advise accordingly without you having to spend half an hour building context.

What Makes This Different from Standard Support?

Let's be honest: traditional Salesforce support is frustrating. Here's why CRM Force Expert Support works fundamentally differently.

Traditional support

  • Taking screenshots of your flow
  • Explaining the situation via text or phone
  • Waiting for questions about context
  • Back and forth until the question is clear

CRM Force Expert Support

  • Consultant sees your flows directly via the connection
  • Complexity analysis provides immediate context
  • Conversation starts with content, not explanation
  • Concrete advice within the first minutes

How Does Expert Support Work in Practice?

Expert Support is part of your CRM Force Training subscription. Depending on your plan, you receive a certain number of support hours per month:

Basic Plan

2 hours / month

Sufficient for ad-hoc questions and monthly check-ins with a consultant.

Premium Plan

4 hours / month

For organizations working more intensively on optimization or complex issues.

Scheduling a support session is simple:

  • Log in to the CRM Force training platform
  • Go to Support and choose an available time slot
  • Briefly describe your question (optional but helpful)
  • Receive an invitation for the video call

The Power of Direct Context

The real difference is in the preparation. Our consultants have insight into your Salesforce environment before the call even begins. That means: no startup time, straight to the core.

"In a traditional support call, you spend at least 15 minutes explaining what you've built. With us, the conversation starts where others end."

Here's what the consultant can see:

  • Your complete flow landscape with complexity scores
  • Automation patterns and potential bottlenecks
  • Object and field structure relevant to your question
  • Historical analyses and previous findings

The Benefits for Your Organization

Expert Support with direct context delivers concrete benefits:

More Efficient Calls

No time wasted building context. Every minute of your support hours goes to actual help, not explanation.

Concrete Advice

No 'it depends' answers. The consultant sees your specific situation and advises accordingly β€” including the edge cases relevant to your org.

Realistic Estimates

The consultant sees the complexity of your environment. Time estimates and risk analyses are based on facts, not assumptions.

Knowledge That's Preserved

Findings and advice can be documented directly. You build a knowledge base that retains value.
