Customer stories

Let's meet and look at your organization's Salesforce maturity together. Where is the biggest opportunity?

Where does your organization stand?

With Claude Code you delegate entire Salesforce tasks to AI: from Apex and flows to LWC. Where we ended up, and how to use it safely and affordably.

Developing Salesforce with Claude Code

Salesforce grows faster than the understanding in your organization. Who decides on changes? What if your specialist leaves? We help organizations regain control. Not by taking over, but by building structure and knowledge within your team.

Salesforce under control.

Finally.

What we

Every service contributes to the same goal: increasing your organization's Salesforce maturity. More control, better governance, and a team that understands what's happening.

If your process does not fit a package, we build it. Hosting, management and further development are included in the monthly fee. {base} per month including one user, {perUser} for each additional user. No setup costs.

Your own CRM, as a subscription

Implementations with structure from day one. Cleaning up and documenting flow sprawl. Integrations that stay manageable. And training so your own people understand what is happening.

Control over your Salesforce org

Two ways we help

Flows and processes that are documented and understood. No sprawl, just structure.

Manageable automations

External specialists are deployed effectively because your team knows what's needed and can participate in decisions.

Targeted external deployment

Clear decision-making about changes. Who decides what? How are modifications tested and deployed?

Clear governance

Internal people who understand what's happening in Salesforce. From admin to key user — everyone understands the basics.

Understanding in your team

What is Salesforce

maturity

A mature organization has control over Salesforce. Not just technically, but also in how decisions are made and knowledge is preserved.

Agentforce Vibes is

Agentforce Vibes is not

In summary

Conclusion: context is everything

Need help cleaning up your org?

What Agentforce Vibes sees vs. what you mean

Managed packages: the invisible pitfall

Concrete example

Old triggers and Process Builders that nobody understands anymore

Deprecated code and flows

Account_Legacy__c next to Account, or multiple versions of the same data

Duplicate objects

Status, Status__c, StatusCode, Status_New__c mixed together

Inconsistent naming

Old integrations that still contain objects and fields

Unused managed packages

Typical org clutter that confuses AI

The problem: your org is the context

Let AI write the standard trigger handlers and test classes. Focus on the business logic.

Less boilerplate

See immediately how Apex patterns work. Ask for explanations on any line. Learn by doing.

Learn faster

A working concept in minutes. Validate ideas before investing in full implementation.

Prototype faster

The real value of Agentforce Vibes

Remove unused managed packages, deprecated fields and old Process Builders. The cleaner your org, the better the AI context. Use Salesforce Optimizer or a third-party tool to identify clutter.

Clean up your org first

Specify exactly which objects and fields you mean. Not: "Create a trigger for Accounts". But: "Create a trigger on the standard Account object (not custom) that updates the Description field on insert."

Be explicit in your prompts

Never blindly accept what the AI generates. Check object API names, field names, and SOQL queries. Understand what each line does before deploying. If you don't understand it, ask the AI to explain.

Review every line of code

Always work in a Developer or Full sandbox first. Use realistic test data and validate that the code does what you expect. Only deploy to production after thorough testing.

Test in a sandbox

Record which code is AI-generated and which is manual. This helps with debugging and maintenance. AI code sometimes has subtle bugs that only surface later.

What you can do with ChatGPT and Apex

For Apex generation: use Apex Studio Builder or Cursor

ChatGPT + Apex: what works and what doesn't

Why not ChatGPT for Apex generation?

Apex Studio Builder:

Cursor with extras

Clearly stated

The difference: Apex Studio Builder = Cursor + Salesforce-specific features

Practice example: optimizing a SOQL query

What makes Apex Studio Builder unique?

None: no diff, no version control, no control

Why Apex Studio Builder is the winner in practice

What ChatGPT does

Core message

Important nuance

ChatGPT: thinking aid and analysis

The most important advantage: diff view

Writing and modifying Apex:

Refactoring existing code:

Creating test classes:

Code review and optimization:

Cursor: building and modifying

ChatGPT vs Cursor: clear role division

AI is changing Salesforce, but it doesn't replace common sense. ChatGPT is a fantastic assistant for those who understand the basics. Use it not to hand off work, but to come up with better solutions — faster, smarter, more consistent.

Important lesson

Limitations of AI in Apex code

What you must do

Even if you ask to modify just one line, AI often generates a <strong>complete refactor of your Apex class</strong>. This creates risks: lost logic, changed method signatures and difficult regression. Small instructions regularly lead to unexpected changes in working code.

AI often rewrites the entire class

Sandbox-first work protects you

Why testing in sandbox remains crucial

The practice: why AI and Apex is more complicated than it seems

What goes wrong

Be explicit and critical about your own reliability and limitations.

If a task requires:
- high accuracy or flawless execution,
- exact data transfer or processing,
- decisions with financial, legal or operational impact,
- or depends on complex, unstructured or context-sensitive input,

then you must:
1. Indicate upfront whether you can execute this reliably.
2. When in doubt or after 1-2 errors, explicitly stop and state that.
3. Suggest a safer alternative (e.g., approach, step-by-step plan, validation or manual execution).

In such cases, do not continue with assumptions, filled-in examples or "best guesses".

I prefer an honest acknowledgment of limitations over seemingly complete but possibly incorrect output.
